The Council of Student Business Organizations is comprised of one representative from each student club in the college of business. This representative is usually the president of each club. However, if the president is unable to attend, it is appropriate to send another representative. In addition, student senators on the Minnesota State Student Association (MSSA) who are also College of Business students are welcome as members of COSBO.

Brief summary of meeting: Dean Johnson will send out an email to all club presidents seeking nominations for the positions of COSBO president, COSBO vice president, COSBO secretary, and COSBO public relations. The IB club and Entrepreneurship Club presidents will be contacted about this opportunity. Presidents of each respective club qualify to be nominated for these COSBO positions. When the nominations are complete, an email vote will take place among the club presidents. The highest votes for each position will then be named to that position. Positions will be for one academic year.
